Construction Details:

First time making "pants" for a cosplay and i liked how they turned out. Used elastic bands at the end to make the hakama poofy. I feel the pants are a bit short though.
I used chalk to trace the patterns I made and the chalk didn't wash out completely, so I Think i should've used pencil instead.

Personal Thoughts:

Made this cosplay for ALA 2014. It was my first time making a traditional outfit and I finished in less than 2 weeks. I do need to find the proper japanese shoes to match though. I enjoyed wearing this cosplay and seeing that there were still a lot of Hikaru no Go fans.
