The jacket and skirt was bought off of taobao. I made the shirt. The cheer symbol is handpainted with acrylic paint.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I made Chie for my cosplay group at FanimeCon 2016. I was originall supposed to be Rise but went with Chie because our Chie dropped out.
