Construction Details:: The blue body suit was purchased off of Discount Dance Supply, and the yellow strips were sewn out of yellow spandex and glued onto the sides. The vest was made of two layers, one of this beautiful aqua dragon printed brocade and one layer of cotton lining. The hair ties are simply leftover yellow bias tape tied around the buns.

nThe braided buns were bought from Arda Wigs and were really easy to put on over my own hair. I chose to use clip on wig buns since I didn't know if I'd have enough hair volume (frankly I didn't), and I'm really happy with the result.

nThe wristbands are made of one layer of EVA foam heat formed to the shape, cut with an exacto knife, with 1" studs from studs and spikes.com simply inserted into the foam.

nThe shoes were Adidas that I found off of eBay and painted with acrylic/fabric paint.

nThis costume was really easy, but very comfortable and I always love being Chun Li!
Personal Thoughts:: This is the tracksuit and vest combo design that I really disliked when I was a kid, but as an adult I ended up liking it and enjoyed making it.
