Personal Thoughts:

Bought off of TaoBao! Very good quality, and it's very detailed though the hat had to be stuffed with tissue to retain its shape. And it didn't like to stay on my head b/c of the heavy music note clip. I look a little weird because I did my brows too dark and thick!
