Construction Details:

costume:
nbought a pair of high waist-ed shorts and cut them up. made the tank top from scraps i had at home. added studs to a belt i also had at home. ebay-ed the rest.

wig:
bought 3 super cheap curly orange wigs off ebay and hot glued them together. i know roxy doesn't have curly hair but it looked so good i didn't want to straighten it.
