Construction Details:

Costume is four parts: wings, bolero jacket, dress with shirt train, skirt with two layers (white and pink with galaxy underside) on elastic band

Wings are tulle draped overr wire, "feathers" held together with thread. Attached to bra through a hole in the bolero

Galaxy underskirt was spray painted red, blue, purple, and glitter then spattered with ice blue paint for starry effect
