Construction Details:

Dresses were custom drafted using country cotton and lined with the same. We decided to add in their forehead symbols because Princess Serenity had hers in her gown and added ribbons to the back of the belts (which were made out of craft foam) to make it a little more feminine. To tie in the flowers that they are surrounded by Blue Shoes made up a bouquet using both flowers and tied navy and gold ribbon to it as if Uranus was giving it to Neptune.

Personal Thoughts:

I watch Season 3 more than any other season of Sailor Moon. Those dresses stuck in my head so long that I had to cosplay it.
