All that Tales cosplay came in handy, the white bias tape went incredibly smoothly and is definitely the best bias tape job I've done yet.

Personal Thoughts:

I was convinced to make this for Otakon by Celine, but it didn't take much convincing! This costume is STEAMING HOT though (almost as bad as Victor) so no more summer cons please!! *sobs*
