Skirt fabric from spoonflower designed by Sparkle Pipsi, and I followed her instructions of how to go about pleating the skirt. It is lined with white cotton.
rnFlowers are paper.
rnI painted the shirt, rather that using heat n' bond, simply because I just wanted to paint. :) - Personal Thoughts:
