Construction Details:

The hat was sewn to my (poorly styled) wig. The shirt was only one not two shirts, I made the spotted sleaves were sewn into the first shirt. The ghost was painted with regular acrylics(bad choice, should've gotten fabric paint). The paints and shoes were originally white and dip-dyed with Rit dye(I think in the end I mixed 3 different colors). I used kryolan paint for my face.
The hardest part was the ruffs for my hands and neck, further construction details is more than I want to type right now, theres about 20 yards of tulle there though.
