Construction Details:

Body stocking is 2 pairs of dollar store tights: the first pair was cut and used for the arm stockings that attach at the bra, the second is for the legs and torso. (I had to cut and reattach the torso of mine because the seam went up the front, and I didn't want that visible.)
Cape is a 1/2 circle made from a weird stretch polyester that has GORGEOUS drape and is lined with a purple rayon mix (it's super soft!)
The bra is a Victoria secret with gold vinyl trim tacked on underneath.
The belt is gold vinyl and the same black fabric as the cape. The leg/ankle things and collar are the same gold vinyl.
All the gold trim is gold bias tape i bough online.
The tiara, bangles, tassel buckles and belt buckle thing are EVA foam thats been cut and sculpted, and wrapped in the same gold vinyl and hot glued down in the back (DONT apply hot glue in the front/visible areas, it warps the fabric.)
Tassels are gathered gold embroidery floss.
Shoes are just heels that I spray painted gold.
The tome is a hollowed out copy of New Moon that I painted and added craft foam detailing.
