Construction Details:

Coat is made of suiting, interfaced and lined in red lining fabric. Collar is double interfaced, and yet still needs more interfacing. Snaps closed. Clouds were done in heat transfer vinyl. Under top and pants made out of suiting. SUPER COMFY. White leggings are made of spandex and just slip on. Sandals covered in a sock to get the right look. Ring, headband, and necklace purchased off Amazon.

Personal Thoughts:

One more Uchiha costume down.
