Construction Details:

I made a wetlook Spandex bikini and painted the flame design with 30+ layers of Jacquard fabric paint. It was painful. But worth it. The scarf is held up through a wire frame.

Personal Thoughts:

I made a special variation of Ryuko dressed as Yoko from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann -- scissor blade made by Ronin's Art and Armor.
