Construction Details:

Stretch satin for the leotard. Old Black gloves: made of camping foam and black vinyl glued on top. Dancing tights painted with fabric paint. Pretty simple stuff.

Personal Thoughts:

Cammy has always been my favorite Street Fighter character overall and to play with. My first costume ever was Delta Red Cammy when I was, like, 12 XD So, in 2005 I wanted to do the Alpha version. This version came out way better, which is to be expected when compared to your first costume XD I found this gorgeous stretch satin that I sewed together by hand with elastic thread. Then I used a fabric pen to make the marks. I wish I knew exactly what the fabric was because it's survived for TEN YEARS and it was only ever one layer! I lucked out, man!
Like I said, this costume is old and has gone through A LOT of changes. Several years ago, Sailor Senmurv wanted to do a Bison. We found a buttload of pink cotton we never knew we had and originally we were going to dye it red. We decided "Screw that, let's embrace it! She can cosplay FEMME BISON!" Hence, the Cammy leotard got dyed pink to match her Bison and got a purple tie. Also, I lucked out EVEN MORE because the ever awesome Miri gave me her gloves from her VERY AWESOME Cammy when she retired it. Those were WAY NICER than mine! PLUS her super SUPER nice wig. I have such awesome friends :B
I would love to trim down again with my weight and wear this once more. Cammy forever! :D
