The skirt it made from cotton and cotton-poly blend fabric. It does have pockets as well.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this skirt for more summer lolita wear. I don't have that many warm weather pieces so I made this one to go with a petticoat I recently made. I did not make the blouse, it was purchased.
