Construction Details:

I mixed two different patterns for the dress. The dress is made of satin, the wrong/ dull side facing out. The stripes are satin polyester hand dyed ribbon I sewed onto the dress. The white on the strap and around the top of the dress are a thicker white material (it was left over from an old project and I'm not sure what it is.) The white around the sleeve, leg and top of gray mid band is white ribbon. The socks and sleeve are made from nylon stocking that I dyed. The glove is made of netting with stick on gems from Michael's. I used 1 boa for the bottom of the gray mid band and 2 boas wrapped together for the bottom of the dress. There is a wire in the bottom to give it the up and down shape, and a modified circle skirt under neither to give the dress its over all structure. The stars are wooden stars painted and either glued or are dangling from the dress. The gray mid piece is detachable.

So much fun to wear, and be a 'cupcake'!

Just cut the bangs to be straiter.

Wig Review

Tangles a lot but that usually happens with long wigs. I love curls!
