Construction Details:

I patterned the dress completely from scratch, sneaking in princess seams and a built-in bra to flatter my figure best. Fabric is silk charmeuse and silk chiffon, which I blew a lot of dollars on, but was 100% worth it.

Personal Thoughts:

I used to doodle Uranus in her princess gown in my notebooks in high school, even wore a dark blue dress to junior prom because I wanted hers so badly. Took me 15 years, but I finally have the real thing.
