Construction Details:

Not much here besides a simple tank, skirt, and vest jacket thing! The pin was assembled by me from bobbles I had around and painted by myself as well. I also made the hairpiece out of fabric flowers which I painted, and beads that I strung together and attached. My mission with her accessories was to use what I had in my craft bins lol! The watch it an authentic one from the deluxe edition!

Personal Thoughts:

This was a dream character to do! 999 / VLR is one of my favorite game series of ALL time and I knew I had to do Phi! Gotta make those batman jokes! One day I would love to have a full group :) Shes is lots of fun to wear and while a lot of people have no clue who you are, it makes it so worth it when you meet another VLR fan who is super excited and loves the series as much as you :D

I really dont like the texture of this wig and its a bit shorter than I anticipated.
