Construction Details:

I made and patterned all parts of this costume from scratch. The skirt has an elasticized waist which I also put the bow over. I don't typically love super tight waisted outfits so the elastic was an A+ choice for a day full of walking lol. I'm more or less okay with the blouse. I made it just a few inches too tight across the chest, but it was ok if I didn't lift my arms. :p The bag is a heavy woven canvas and pleather. I'm really particularly pleased with the bag and I would put it into my own shoulder-bag wardrobe! c:

Personal Thoughts:

I really love everything about Satsuki, but I felt like this was the one version I could try to pull off :] Her final episode outfit is so cute and chic! I really enjoyed wearing it around the Cherry Blossom Festival!
