Construction Details:

A lot of what drew me to the costume was being able to finally make something with armor. Agnes was actually not my favorite character in the game (her voice didn't help), but I thought she became much more likable throughout the story.

rnI used Kamui's armor books to help get me started with the worbla. I am super please with the overall look, but I wish that I had more time for painting and sanding. For the poofy shorts I knocked off a pair of J. Crew shorts and then created a pattern based off of that for the poof using a lot of MATH and trial and error. They took forever. Even though the artwork makes it look like she's wearing a sweater knit corset, I chose to make it out of leather to make it less bulky.

rnI originally wanted to make her sword, but due to lack of time went with a store bought spear. Luckily the Knight's Tunic works as any class so I can just say I'm a Valkyrie when wearing it.

rnOverall, I am insanely pleased with how this costume came out. It's the most difficult costume I've made to date, and I'm honestly still a little burnt out after making it.
