Construction Details:

Used the same leotard, gloves, and boots from my Eternal Sailor Pluto costume. Made sleeves, collar, skirt, bows, and arm/leg bands from casa satin. The bows have floral arrangement LED packs in them (four total on the costume). Bought the glasses on eBay, and the headset from Walmart (and painted it). To make the skirt stand out, I have a small petticoat underneath, plus plastic boning in the hem.
