Personal Thoughts:

First time making a circle skirt/dress combo and I am really happy with the results! As usual, added a few embellishments here and there to make it "pop." I always liked this dress and truly miss Ouran. Major thanks to Ada and Sunako86 for taking many, many, many shots of this just to get the right ones! The wind on the lake was quite strong that day so it made for a nice accent.
