Construction Details:

I bought most of the stuff and modified it for my use. The sleeves are a pair of old thigh highs that never fit me with the feet part cut off. The bra I used is a sports bra with tape x's on them. The wrapping around my torso is just self-adhesive bandages tucked in so they wouldn't fall off. Creativity go.

Personal Thoughts:

My Off obsession came as soon as it went, but I was still so enthralled by Sugar's design that I decided to make the costume anyway.
