Construction Details:

I procrastinated and made the costume 2 days before the con. It's just a modified sailor collar pattern with some buttons sewed on the front. Skirt is a knife pleat with white bias tape an inch from the hem.

I bought the cardigan on Amazon and it's super cozy so I wear it all the time! This would be a really comfortable costume if I hadn't worn it in 90 degree weather.
