Construction Details:

Because I didn't have a lot of time to finish this dress I went with a cotton gauze material that I hand-dyed myself. It took a couple of dips with different combinations of green and blue to get it right! For this belt version I used a craft foam armour technique and used rub'n'buff to get the metal-like gold. I spent 6 hours cutting out the belt but in the end it was worth it.

Personal Thoughts:

I really loved this dress when I saw it and I just knew I had to make it! I really love the finished dress but I want to revamp it with a different fabric and new belt/shoulder pieces. It was super comfortable to wear and I felt quite Queen-like in it
