Construction Details:

Made my own pattern with this, using orange and white suiting fabric, lined with orange satin. The sash is made of the same satin that lines the outfit. The color was made from shaggy orange fur.

I wanted to connect this one to how I did Jack of Clubs Austria so I embroidered and beaded the diamonds and the jacket and beret.
The beret I made from a tutorial online.

The clock I made was made from a 4 x 4 brown frame that I spray painted gold. The clock hands were cut by me out of illustration board.
The shoes were painted over with orange fabric paint and added with gold for slight detailing.
The staff I made on a wood lathe and painted. It stands at a little under 6 feet.

Last but not least the pants I remade twice before the pattern I made gave the amount of puffiness I could be satisfied with

Personal Thoughts:

Another dream cosplay that I never thought I would do till a couple months ago I simply got up and got fabric for it and completed it under two weeks before Acen.

I'm good with Hetalia cosplays for a while now though....I need a break from new ones.
