Construction Details:

The hat was made 3 years ago, then the next year the rest was started- almost finished, then put on hold. Then I decided I wanted it done so I just went for it. No real pattern was used for this- it was a a blend of other costumes, except for the pants. Still trying to find a good pattern for pants. All the trim and piping was hand made so it would match, and the scarf is from the same material. I had wanted to make the mail bag, but ran out of time. With no real plans to wear this again I don't think I will get to making it. The Nocturn was made from a PVC pipe, foam board, and worbla to start. I cast resin gems from a mold I made. I found a bee charm to imbed in the center gem. It lights up with a floral LED pack.

Personal Thoughts:

I didn't love this show right away, but it grew on me, and now I love it! The manga is beautifully illustrated, and the characters are loveable. I had this skit idea for about 3 years, so I'm glad it was finally done!
