Construction Details:

The bells, gem settings, center brooch, and shoes were sprayed with primer and rub-and-buffed gold. The hair poofs consisted of 12 fabric circles each that were satin stitched around the edges. All the cream fabric was dyed by band. with every ruffle dipped separately for a dye gradient. All the blue stripes were cut out individually and run through a bias maker tool with an iron, and then were top stitched on. The top and corset were drafted out from scratch, the corset has a bunch of flat/spiral steel boning hiding in the middle layer. The white parts that have the blue lacing had to have the holes cut with a soldering iron for both layers, so there would be no fraying. Lots and lots of beads were hand sewn on, this is still a work in progress XD Skirt consists of a bunch of circles and a humongous amount of ruffles that are hand dyed and hand gathered.
