Construction Details:

The jacket was originally a blouse pattern and is made with black suiting. All the details are hand slip stitched onto the jacket. Fun fact! The gear logo is the backside of a suede fabric!
The undershirt is actually a qipao style shirt made of light blue knit.
The jodhpurs were an adventure to make. The pattern was based off a pair of slim women's dress pants with an extra panel on the side to give that puffed out appearance. The waist band was then pleated on both sides in order to compensate for the extra width added.
Legging things are made of black knit fabric with pleather strips slip stitched into place (SO MUCH SLIP STITCHING).
Shoes are leather loafers form the thrift store which have been painted with fabric/acrylic paint mix.

Asami was my first cosplay that was created 100% from scratch! She's always fun to wear and is super warm and comfy in the fall months!

Wig Review

Wow, my first Arda and it's amazing! My only complaint is that it tangles really quick, but that is due to the curly style and the height of the collar. Hard to prevent, but just needs TLC after wearing.
