Julia is such a cool character and so rarely cosplayed when it comes to the Bebop crew. Plus, who wouldn't want to be the woman Spike Spiegal carried a torch for! I didn't make the vinyl catsuit that was the base of this costume, but I did modify it by taking it in a bit and adding the zipper down the front. I also hand cut and painted the "belt" out of funfoam, which turned out really well. My hair was actually curled like Julia's, but it's so long (almost to my waist) that you couldn't see the curls when my hair was brushed over my shoulders.
