Construction Details:

This turned out to be a difficult costume for me for how rushed I was. Also, I was pretty new to sewing when I made this costume. If you haven't made pants before, it can be tricky too. Over-all, it's not too hard to make. It is when you're new because you don't know much!

I don't remember the fabric I used specifically.
I recommended a thick fabric for the pants and shirt though.
Something close to a jean like fabric(which is basically what I settled for).

I bought my brown boots from walmart in the male working area! :) I made the belts out of a thick vinyl. I recommend something a little more flexible, which I did for the remake. The remake doesn't have too many pictures though. :(

Back to those belts. I recommend using craft foam and putting the vinyl over it or it will look thin. That's what I did for my remake! Take your time because you can easily mess up vinyl. :O

Personal Thoughts:

I love Cloud. I actually got good recognition for this cosplay when I first wore it. However, there is so much I wish I could change about it! Nonetheless I'm happy with it. This was my first costume that I put together. My boyfriend helped with the pauldrons & knee pads. If you're curious though, I can give you pointers on this costume! Not the easiest for a first timer when it comes to those darn belts...
