Construction Details:

This outfit is made entirely from scratch. I really love the dress, as it hides my curves and makes me more River-shaped. I searched a long time for golden fabric with the proper pattern. I'm only moderately happy with what I found, as it's a bit stiff.

Personal Thoughts:

I love every character on Firefly (who doesn't?), so I went with the one whose body type most suits me. War Stories is a great episode for River; no power in the 'verse can stop me! At C2E2 2011, I had a huge group of 8 cast members; we hardly got to go anywhere during the con!
