simple construction really its a empire waist circle skirted dress with a fitted bodice. the petticoat is 200 yards of custom painted/sprayed handmade golden ruffles and then inbetween the ruffles are 200 yards of neon purple ruffled tulle. then for her star its stiff felt primed and painted smooth with tulle accent with dangling purple beads made into a clip in

I love this cosplay it was severely last minute but it turned out fantastic.
