Construction Details:

Shirt is made from a really modified and scaled down Butterick 3072 pattern and I added ruffles.
Vest is was also a slightly modified pattern Butterick 5359
Just sewed long strips of linen together for the French flag sash

Personal Thoughts:

I’ve been on the bigggessttt Les Mis kick since right before the movie came out and have loved the music since high school and I even got around to reading the abridged version of the book a few months ago. Add this together to always loving how ridiculous this vest was from the stage productions and you got yourself a cosplay~~
I think his vest is very iconic in it's own way.
