About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
The blouse is a cotton shirting fabric, dyed blue by myself. I used a McCalls pattern with slight alterations (changed the collar and sleeves) to make the blouse. The jumperskirt is a cotton sateen, patterned and made by myself. It's basically a tube and circle skirt. The tie, thigh highs, garters and shoes were bought.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I've been on the One Piece ship since about a year after it came out and it has remained in my top favorite series since. Sanji was one of my first favorite characters from that show, and when Oda made canon genderbends for the Straw hats, I was ecstatic. It may have taken about three years for me to finally get to it, but I'm so happy with how it turned out. Mostflogged makes a BEAUTIFUL Luffy. Nakama 4lyfe.
