Construction Details:

I started out by making the dress using 2 layers of Jet-set poly similar to my Leia costumes. I did the pleated sections separately, and hand-tacked them into place onto the dress. The brooch I sculpted and cast in resin, backed it with fabric and sewed it onto the dress.

The cape I made out of white faux fur, and then strips of white maribou feathers. I lined the cape hood in white ostrich feathers.

The boots were silver knee-high boots I bought on ebay, and I cut the designs into them.

K-9 was made by my husband :)
