Construction Details:

Made the coat, top and shorts, moded some earrings and just painted some safety glasses, it was a super simple cosplay but fun to make none the less.

Personal Thoughts:

Hahah I can't say that Jubilee was a planned cosplay for Scon, but it was fun cosing a character from my childhood nonetheless.
