Costume itself, I already had it. The gun itself was the biggest challenge.

I hadn't finished my Dominator by this time. It's actually a Nerf gun spray-painted black and highlighted with glow-in-the-dark fabric paint. 8'D;; (courtesy of Tori Sorano~)
