Construction Details:

Most of this costume was made with Mendel's Arctic Fox faux fur. The ears are Neurowear's Necomimi ears, so I made a cover for them out of the fur. I did not know the fur was going to be so poofy, so I attempted the high heel leggings like a lot of Felicia cosplayers do. It is difficult to tell from all of the poof, so I just looked extremely tall.

A strapless bra was used as a base for the top and covered with fur. As for the bottoms, I cut up a pair of panties I decided I no longer wanted to use and traced a pattern with it. The arm bands and leg bands were just fur with elastic running through it. I ended up without a belly marking since I didn't get enough Spirit Gum for my first debut of it.

The claws were made of sculpey and coated with acrylic paint. I regret the way I made my gloves and glued the claws in since they're a bit heavy so it takes some effort to get them posed properly for photos. Plus, my fingers did not go into the gloves all the way.

Nothing too special really went on for this costume, but the Necomimi ears were a lot of fun to use for it.

Personal Thoughts:

I was actually basing this more around Pocket Fighter's Felicia since it has her with lighter skin in comparison to MVC3. I thought about placing this in the Darkstalkers series, but I can not remember for the life of me if blonde Felicia is in that one. I had blue cat eye lenses for this, but I ended up not using them since they kept rotating in my eyes and looking very awkward. Although I was disappointed with the contact lenses, this cosplay was enjoyable to create overall.
