Construction Details:

Skirt was a plain ol' circle skirt...but I cut out about 8 of them and then box pleated the snot out of them. I wanted POOF.
I also had an existing petticoat that was perfect, but needed to be shorter, so I butchered that and it made it even poofier.

Gold was all spandex that I miraculously found at Walmart. Some of it was interfaced, most of it was just overlocked to fit.

Shoes are a labor of months of hunting EVERYWHERE I could think of. Seriously, it was like everyone was out for gold heels and I was getting left out. So makemechic.com had these lovely numbers in gold AND silver, so my Stocking and I snagged them. I adore them. Very strippery and still comfy. When I got them in, I had fit issues with the ankle band, so I seam ripped the elastic out, cut it down, and then reattached it. Perfect fit!! Then the cross straps were a nonstretch gold foil and glued in place.

The top was a pain made out of the same pattern used for my Gunner sphere Yuna.

Wings are foamies with a wire frame.

All the jewelry was hand made or modified. Skull/Heart/block were sculpted and glued to 10mm wide gold bands,
red inlay ring was another 10mm wide gold band taped off and painted with nail polish and then clear coated. The star ring will probably forever be an issue, but what I made works.

Personal Thoughts:

I have no words to say how much I love this show.

I had wanted to do Angel Panty for a while and FINALLY got my girl Doodle to be my Stocking and the rest was history.
