Construction Details:

Found a cheap/easy New Look pattern with the shape I wanted. I lined it so the scalloped hem would have a finished edge. So, Denver Fabrics AGAIN, $1.97 per pound fabric table. Perfect purple cotton with a nice stretch just screamed at me to buy it along with white in the same variety. All in all, around $5. Awwwww yisssss.
Only issue was, the white needed to be dyed and didn't want to be PURPLE. It wanted to be some sort of pink/magenta/purple combo. Whatever. Made that bitch my lining. 8D

Hood was based off my good ol' Team Magma pattern and then shaped like the skirt hem.

Mask was based off the pattern I made for my Skarlet ninja mask.

THIS IS WHY I SAVE ALL MY PATTERNS!! YEEEEAAAH BOY!

The little feelers/bow on the back is a heavy wire in a black casing that I just put big snaps on so I can store it later.

This took me, like, A DAY. And the majority of the "work" was trying to make that white fabric take dye. :/ Also, having to refit the pattern. For some reason my measurements told me I was around a 14...but it ended up being a SACK, so I took it all the way down to the smallest size and still had to take it in. New Look...get yo' shit togetha'!! Yo' sizes is whack.

Personal Thoughts:

Drifloons are cute as fuck and I kept putting off making a gijinka for it and then Animeland Wasabi gave me a reason by throwing a Pokemon themed rave. I wanted something cute and not bra and a tail type shit.
Cheap fabric + Cheap/easy pattern + Simple design = DONE.

Styling Notes

No styling. Just a cute little foofy white wig that I put with random things. :3

Wig Review

Lots and lots of fiber and such a pretty white. Only complaint I have is the bangs. They're just kinda THERE. No room for trimming and such. Either way, still a great wig.
