Pants from Costco, bow tie from eBay, the shirt was given to me as a Christmas present a few years ago. I just need to grow out my hair a tiny bit more!

Personal Thoughts:

I love this character. The best thing about cosplaying Doctor Who is that you are most likely using the same budget they had used on the show.
