Construction Details:

The top was made out of a blue sweatshirt that i cut the neck and midriff off. The skirt was a purple maxi i bought of Ebay, that i cut a slit in the side.The stockings i bought were the key lime stripes off of sockdreams.com. The wings i made out of black tag board, blue and green foam sheets, and then i lamaniated it. To hold the wings in place i used 12 gauge wire. I then went over it with black acrillic paint. The wig i wore was platnum blonde from arda wigs.
