Personal Thoughts:

This was super fun to wear with my cosplay bud Jessie! She was Katherine with a K, and between the two of us, we did our best to break some hearts. ;3 I made my first corset for this costume, and it turned out reasonably well. The skirt I bought, but I made the bow/sash, and the shoes I already had. In the future, the skirt well be hemmed a little shorter since it's a little too long for her character, but otherwise wearing this was an absolute blast!

Styling Notes

This wig--can bite me. xD It fought me every step of the way, and the only way I got through was with some extreme patience. I used the wire/packing tape method, but I did some significant altering to the tutorial. It involved a lot of wefts, spray adhesive, Got2B freeze spray, and actually leaving the drills alone to set for a significant period of time. Each drill is sewn into the base wig, which had the bangs cut into it, and they are balanced with a piece of mono-filament line.

I was very pleased with the final product--apparently, it looked real enough that people kept asking me how I got my hair to do that. xD
