Construction Details:

This was pretty simple for my to put together. I already had the wig finished for Sailor Moon so I figured I'd make the dress to have something a little more formal to wear if I wanted to!
I altered a bridal pattern for the base of the dress, I did keep the tailored looked through the hips because I did try the more free flowing version like in the artwork but it just wasn't working for my body type. The gold circles are satin with interfacing satin stitched around the edge.
The Wand is not mind! LuckyGrimCosplay asked if I could model her Wand for her in a couple of pictures! It has an on off switch and lights up and is absolutely beautiful!
