Construction Details:

Everything except the coat is thrifted. The coat is the main reason I elected to do Green Arrow (aside from my bias towards archers and Ollie in general). The outer fabric I got super lucky on - it's a waterproof micro-twill that Britex had just gotten in for their spring fabrics (I found it in the remnants; the bolt wasn't even on the floor yet!), but it was exactly what I wanted. Coat is drafted off of a suit jacket pattern, and cut at the waist to allow for the lopsided circle skirt. It's fully lined, and has darts in the back instead of the original corseting design of the jacket the design was based off of.
