The dress was bought off of TaoBao unfortunately but I did make the bustle and petticoat. Just cotton and a lot of thick tulle.
- Personal Thoughts:
- By far one of my favorite cosplays. Hands down. I worked really hard to make sure the dress poofed out like it was supposed to in the little bit of time had before AZ. :3
