This dress is made completely of confetti-dot. It sparkles so bright you can see it in SPACE! The silver trim on the stripes is the same that they actually used in the musical. Tristen Citrine, who you can see with me in one of the photos helped me find the trim, and let me have one of her headdresses,... so I basically made this costume to wear with her. reference image: http://aimeemajor.com/images/costumes/sumirerevue.jpg
