Construction Details:

Had a little difficulty trying to get the second tier of the dress to fall how it does in the reference art. It was fun making this because I had some leeway with the design, since there is only one picture of it and parts of it are obscured by other characters. I found the perfect blue moleskin and purchased some medium pile fur. The flower was painted pink. There is also an a-line hoopskirt underneath for body.
