I will one day go into more detail, but armor wise...We learned to work with a VacuumFormer, Sintra and Automotive paint. As well as our first large scale polished weapon design. Lots of bondo was involved...
Personal Thoughts:
So far the most difficult cosplay I have done. It was our entry for WCS 2012 at Katsucon 2012. I was on the FoxyCosplay team with Marikasan.
